Shipping policy
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of federal holidays, unless otherwise stated. Check your confirmation email for your tracking number!
Orders during major sales or special launches may incur a slight delay because we are a small business with higher volume orders -- nothing is wrong with your order if there is a delay! everything should ship as normal once we get caught up from the sale/launch.
We aren't responsible for the return shipping and don't provide a return label. That is up to you as a buyer.
Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. We will help you find them when possible. If an item is proven to be delivered by the carrier, it is delivered and we will not provide a replacement if you say it was not there.
