Made out of black organza with white satin ties.

Adjustable ties tunneled throughout and open on the back, with plenty of room to tie how you like.

Makes a perfect set along with our Clown Cuffs, sold separately. 

Collar ruffle measures 18 inches from end to end, with 22 inch ties on each side.
